We're looking for an affiliate manager to help us establish and manage an affiliate program.

We are focused on creating products that are used by millions around the world. Some of our products include Clockify (time tracking app), Pumble (business communication app), and Plaky (task management app).

Clockify is the world's #1 time tracker, used by millions, from individuals to big companies like Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, American Express, Amazon, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Set up an affiliate program from the ground up (software, tracking, policies, procedures).
  • Research, identify and recruit new affiliates.
  • Build relationships with industry influencers, partners and thought leaders.
  • Manage, track, and nurture existing affiliate partners.
  • Qualify and approve/deny new affiliate applications. 
  • Schedule calls with high quality new affiliates to understand their business, how they will promote our products, and offer our support to make them more successful. 
  • Track, report and own KPIs associated with the affiliate program.
  • Provide support and solve queries for our affiliate partners.
  • Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and optimize affiliate performance to increase affiliate-generated revenues. 
  • Perform general affiliate account management and monitor for fraud and affiliate compliance.
  • Review sales reports to determine which campaigns are producing results and which ones need to be improved or discontinued.
  • Proactively reach out high quality partners that are not producing signups or sales to understand how we can help them drive new customers to our products. 
  • Review and audit monthly affiliate commissions to ensure payouts are correct. 
  • Own the content strategy for affiliates by working with our content teams to produce training content and brand collateral for affiliates.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in affiliate management, partnerships, or business development
  • Experience in B2B SaaS industry
  • Experience with Affise (or similar affiliate platform)
  • Complete understanding of the Affiliate journey and flows
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (email, calls, demos)
  • Strong understanding of Digital Marketing
  • Excellent English skills (near-native level)
  • Fluent in Ex-Yu languages (Serbian, Bosnian, Croatian, Montenegrin)
