We're looking for a data analyst who'll collect, process and analyze and drive insights from our product.

We are focused on creating products that are used by millions around the world. Some of our products include Clockify (time tracking app), Pumble (team chat app), and Plaky (project management app).

Clockify is the world's #1 time tracker, used by millions of people, from individuals to big companies like Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, American Express, Amazon, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Set up tracking and the web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Firebase, Segment). Ensure integrity and accuracy of the analytics systems
  • Analyze consumer behavior
  • Create dashboards and report on product KPIs
  • Define events and metrics for new features with product managers
  • Work and support different teams with data insights
  • Suggest changes to the feature/product based on the data insights
  • Supports product teams in their product decisions using quantitative data to inform the next steps

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in the field of Data Analytics, Digital Analytics, or Business Intelligence
  • 1+ years of experience in SaaS
  • Advanced knowledge of digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Segment, Firebase,...)
  • Work experience with tag management tools (Google Tag Manager, Matomo, Tealium,...)
  • Working knowledge in querying databases (SQL, BigQuery,...)
  • Experience with BI and reporting tools (Power BI, Data Studio, Tableau,...)
  • Experience with SaaS financial metrics (CAC, LTV)
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to work in CET timezone (9:00-17:00 UTC+1)
  • Fluent in Ex-Yu languages (Serbian, Bosnian, Croatian, Montenegrin)

Nice to have

  • Working knowledge in statistical programming (R, Python)
  • Experience with working with large volumes of data and capability to investigate and master new data sets quickly
