We're looking for a person who'll define and enforce graphic standards across our digital brands.

We are focused on creating products that are used by millions around the world. Some of our products include Clockify (time tracking app), Pumble (team chat app), and Plaky (project management app).

Clockify is the world's #1 time tracker, used by millions of people, from individuals to big companies like Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, American Express, Amazon, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Generate clear ideas, concepts and vision
  • Understand marketing initiatives and target audience
  • Create visuals that speak directly to the public
  • Ensure that the department follows quality standards as well as defined guidelines
  • Be able to give feedback and explain art direction well
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative director, graphic designers, web designers, illustrators, and video editors
  • Present complete ideas to senior management and team members

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in art direction field (marketing & digital web-native media)
  • Demonstrable art direction skills with a strong portfolio  
  • Team player with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent working knowledge of design tools (Figma, Photoshop and Illustrator)
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to work in CET timezone (9:00-17:00 UTC+1)
  • Fluent in Ex-Yu languages (Serbian, Bosnian, Croatian, Montenegrin)
