Monetization Manager (Remote)

We're looking for an experienced and data-driven monetization specialist to optimize our billing funnel and evolve our pricing.

COING is a product-based software company, with an office in San Francisco. The company was founded in 2009 and is run by experienced developers.

The company is focused on creating products that are used by millions around the world. Our products include Clockify (time tracking app) and Pumble (team chat app), and Plaky (project management app).


  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research (such as conjoint analysis)
  • Map out customer journey and identify monetization opportunities (conversion, up-selling, cross-selling)
  • Identify and define customer segments, markets, and use cases
  • Assess willingness to pay of each customer segment
  • Tailor pricing, packaging, and promotional campaigns for each segment
  • Model the impact of pricing or promotional changes
  • Iterate and test different pricing options, packaging, messaging, and promotions
  • Increase ARPU, LTV, and conversion from free to paid, and reduce churn


  • 2 years or more experience in managing digital business operations (Marketing Manager, CRM, Brand Manager, Ecommerce Manager)
  • 2 years or more experience in monetization and pricing strategy
  • Experience with quantitative market research techniques (eg. conjoint analysis)
  • Experience with experimental design methods (eg. multivariate testing)
  • Experience with data analysis and BI tools (eg. SQL, Tableau)
  • Excellent understanding of acquisition, retention and monetization concepts
  • Excellent understanding of SaaS industry and productivity market
  • Fluent in English
  • Fluent in Ex-Yu languages (Serbian, Bosnian, Croatian, Montenegrin)
