We are looking for a new colleague who will join our team as an Accounting Officer.

Clockify is the world's #1 time tracker, used by millions, from individuals to big companies like Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, American Express, Amazon, etc.
Responsibilities
- Posting and managing all accounting transactions
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Managing and reconciling balance sheets and general ledger accounts
- Controlling financial transactions and documents
- Compliance with tax policies and regulations
- Preparation of financial statements and tax reports according to the local legislation
Requirements and skills
- 5+ years of work experience as an Accountant
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the GAAP and IAS
- Experience in US or EU accounting is mandatory
- Hands-on experience with accounting software (like QuickBooks, Xero, Odoo, Netsuite…)
- Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
- Preferably experience with Stripe reporting
- Experience with general ledger functions
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- BSc in Accounting or relevant degree
- Proficiency in English is mandatory
