Junior Developer (JS) (Remote)

We're looking for a junior software developer to join us in developing our own software products.

COING is a unicorn, product-based software company, with offices in California and Europe.

We are focused on creating products that are used by millions around the world. Some of our products include Clockify (time tracking app), Pumble (team chat app), and Plaky (project management app).

Clockify is the world's #1 time tracker, used by millions of people, from individuals to big companies like Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, American Express, Amazon, etc.


  • Development and maintainance of Clockify integrations via browser extension
  • Monitoring the state of integrations and implementing updates when needed
  • Setup and management of third party development accounts


  • 1+ years experience in software development
  • Familiarity with basic concepts of JavaScript (scopes, closures, event loop) 
  • Ability to write and maintain simple CSS
  • Basic understanding of HTTP protocol and authentication
  • Experience with consuming REST APIs
  • Ability to work in CET timezone (9:00-17:00 UTC+1)
  • Fluent in Ex-Yu languages (Serbian, Bosnian, Croatian, Montenegrin)

Nice to haves

  • Experience with JavaScript frameworks (React.js, Angular etc)
  • Understanding of web browsers concepts and APIs such as the DOM tree, Storage API
  • Experience with Websockets
  • Knowledge of promises and async/await
  • Working experience with build tools and processes (pre-processing, compilation, obfuscation, bundling, cache busting)
